Aviation Science Program in Florida

The Master’s Degree in Aviation Science gives ambitious aviation professionals the opportunity to advance their careers and increase their eligibility for leadership roles and/or higher paying positions. This intensive post-graduate program is a top aviation science degree South Florida has to offer, allowing students to master the fundamentals of aviation science while studying current research in the field and exploring new, cutting-edge technologies. An Aviation Graduate Capstone Course will culminate the program, allowing students to demonstrate their mastery of program topics prior to advancing their careers. To be eligible for the Master’s Degree in Aviation Science in Florida, students must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. The Master’s Degree in Aviation Science is offered completely online and at all three of our campus locations including the Sarasota, Boca Raton, and Orlando campuses.

The Master’s Degree in Aviation Science (MAS) will offer aviation professionals such as flight crewmembers, air traffic controllers, flight dispatchers, maintenance technicians, and airport and airline management personnel the opportunity to significantly enhance their knowledge of the aviation community and aerospace industry.

This program offers a rigorous, broad-based curriculum for students to gain a mastery of the aviation field. Students will complete technical aviation coursework that will include analysis of transportation systems, airport operations, aerospace communications systems, aerospace logistics, aircraft simulation, advanced crew resource management procedures, aerospace systems safety, and advanced security and safety program management.
