Interstate 95 runs north-south right by the Everglades University with easy access to get you where you are going. Highway 794 runs east-west towards the beach, and Highway 1 offers a beautiful drive up and down the coastline. For those students with electric vehicles, there are seven free public charging stations around town as well.
5. Rail System
Plenty of students take advantage of the Tri-Rail commuter rail line that links Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. There are 18 stations situated among the 71-mile long system for easy transportation wherever you want to go along the coast.
